GUIDE
REMEMBER TO LOG IN TO PLACE A BID!
1) All bids start at 1/3 of the gallery price and 50% on sculpture. All bids increase by 10% of the gallery price.
2) This auction does not allow Proxy bidding, but you are more than welcome to place a higher bid than requested if you have a limit.
3) The auction only takes place online, all bids are binding.
4) All the artworks can be seen in the gallery January 20 – 27. Open every day 12:00-18:00, Saturday-Sunday 12:00-16:00
5) You must register with your e-mail to be able to place a bid. You will receive a password. Make sure you write your email correctly and check spam if you don’t receive it.
6) Your account is called “Account” and is located in the top right corner of our website.
7) Inside your account, you can create a “Watchlist” and keep track of artworks that you would like to follow.
8) You will receive an email when you have placed a bid. Check your spam box if you haven’t received it. You can also find your bids in your account under “Auctions”.
9) You will receive an email and when someone bids over you.
10) Do not wait until the last 5-10 minutes of the auction to place a bid, if there is someone who thinks the same, your bid may not go through. Remember to be logged into your account.
11) Remember to check out of the auction if you become the winner, otherwise your purchase will not be registered and it will remain in the shopping cart in your account.
12) You can pay by credit card (fee) or invoice with WIRE information (free).
13) We ship worldwide, shipping is additional.
14) We deliver to your door throughout Oslo, the costs is approximately NOK 500
15) All artwork must be collected or shipped by the end of March 2025. No storage fee.
16) 5% Art Fee to BKH will be added to customers within Norway.
17) DON´T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTES TO PLACE YOUR BID, IT MIGHT NOT GO TROUGH! THIS AUCTION HAS ANTI-SNIPING, WHICH MEANS THAT IF ANYONE PLACES A BID THE LAST MINUTES THE TIME WILL BE EXTENDED WITH 5 MINUTES ON THE SELECTED ITEM.
